These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the corporate website at gamenalyze.com (the “Website”). They replace and supersede the previous “Legal Notice.” The Website is operated by GameAnalyze B.V., Langegracht 70, 2312 NV Leiden, the Netherlands (KVK 93609191).

These Terms do not govern the Tweexy app or the Tweexy parent dashboard at client.gamenalyze.com — those are governed by the Tweexy Terms and Conditions (Section A2 of this document).

1. Acceptable use

By using the Website you agree:

• to use it lawfully and only for the informational purposes for which it is provided;
• not to attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation of the Website;
• not to introduce malware, conduct security testing without our prior written permission, or impersonate any person;
• not to use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Information on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Your use of the Website is also subject to the Corporate Privacy Notice (Section B1) and the cookie banner.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
