1. Scope
This Privacy Notice describes how GameAnalyze B.V. (“GameAnalyze,” “we”) processes personal data when you interact with our corporate website at gamenalyze.com — for example, by browsing pages, submitting a contact form, requesting investor materials, applying for a job, or subscribing to a newsletter.
It does not apply to the Tweexy app or the Tweexy parent dashboard at client.gamenalyze.com — those are governed by the Tweexy Privacy Policy (Section A1 of this document, published at gamenalyze.com/privacy-policy).
2. What we collect and why

3. Cookies
We use a separate cookie banner on gamenalyze.com that distinguishes between strictly necessary cookies (no consent required) and analytics / marketing cookies (consent required). You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
4. Sharing
Personal data submitted through the corporate site is processed primarily by GameAnalyze internal staff. We may share it with:
- Service providers acting as our processors — for example, our website host, marketing-automation tool, recruitment ATS, and email-delivery provider — under written Data Processing Agreements (Article 28 GDPR);
- Legal authorities, where required by law;
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations, where strictly necessary.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share data submitted through the corporate site with advertisers.
5. International data transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example, to a US-based service provider), we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) and other safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the rights described in Section 14 of the Tweexy Privacy Policy — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, contact [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
